SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Dropship orders are processed Monday through Friday.
  • All orders must be entered by the customer manually online
  • Annabi Risk Management and Consulting Inc.  DBA does not manually enter orders
  • Firearms dropship orders can only contain firearms.
  • Accessories dropship orders can only contain accessories.
  • Annabi Risk Management and Consulting Inc.  DBA Armed does not sell NFA products through the dropship program.
  • Orders placed before 8 AM Eastern Timecould ship on the same business day we are open.
  • Orders placed after 8 AM Eastern Timeor on the weekend ship on the next business day we are open.
  • Orders held for credit reasons are not guaranteed to ship the same business day they are entered.
  • Orders must be cancelled as soon as possible. Any orders already in process cannot be cancelled. Please contact info@armed1.us to cancel orders.
  • Restocking Fees and carrier Return to Sender fees will be assessed to orders requested to be returned.
  • Armed will make a best effort attempt to prevent duplicate purchase order numbers from shipping within the last 31 days. You are responsible for all invoices, customer service and potential returns associated with duplicate purchase orders submitted outside of the 31-day window.
  • Armed is not responsible for shipping delays caused by unforeseen weather events, natural disasters, or other carrier reported service disruptions. Delivery timelines may be extended during such events and Armed will not automatically reship orders in transit.
  • FIREARMS DROPSHIP ORDER SHIPPING
  • Armed ships firearms dropship orders to the DEALER’S PREMISES ADDRESS ONLYas determined by the ATF FFL EZ Check system. The shipping address on orders cannot be altered. Armed will not change the shipping address based on instructions on submitted FFL copies.
  • Armed ships firearms dropship orders to FFL locations in the continental 48 states only. Orders to Hawaii (HI), Alaska (AK), or other U.S territories is not allowed.
  • The complete 15 character FFL Numberassociated with the transferring dealer must be found in the ATF EZ Check system at the time the order is placed. If the FFL number is not found, the order will be rejected.
  • It is the purchasing dealer’s responsibility to provide signed FFL copies for firearms dropship orders when the FFL is not already on file at Armed.
    • You will be notified immediately on screen, in API responses and via order notification emails if a signed FFL copy is needed for the order.
    • Armed will hold an order for up to 5 business days. If the signed FFL copy is not received within that time frame, the order may be deleted at Armed discretion and you will be notified.

 

  • The prepaid shipping rate for all firearms dropship orders is $9.95 per order. If third-party billing is used, the shipping rate is $0 and you are responsible for all shipping fees and surcharges related to the order. All orders must ship using the prepaid or third-party billing method, not a mixture of both.
  • All firearms dropship orders ship Direct Signature Required.
  • Firearms dropship orders containing only long gunswill be shipped via Ground Service.
  • Firearms dropship orders containing handgunswill be shipped via Express Air Service.
  • Armed includes a packing list, a 4″ x 6″ transfer information sheetand a copy of our FFL in firearms dropship orders for the transferring dealer to reference.
    • ACCESSORY DROPSHIP ORDER SHIPPING
  • Billing and shipping addresses are not validated for correctness.Armed is not responsible for the delivery of shipments to incorrect shipping addresses.
  • Orders can be entered for the 50 U.S. States Only.
  • The general prepaid shipping rate for accessory dropship orders is $8.00 per order. If third-party billing is used, the shipping rate is $0 and you are responsible for all shipping fees and surcharges related to the order. All orders must ship using the prepaid or third-party billing method, not a mixture of both.
    • 48 Continental States – Standard Ground Shipping within 6 Business Days – $8 all orders
    • Alaska and Hawaii – Standard Shipping – $10 all orders

 

  • Accessory dropship orders over $500 include Direct Signature Required service automatically. There is no charge for this additional service if enrolled in the prepaid shipping program. This added charge will be billed to you if third party billing is used.
  • Accessory orders with a shipping address of a PO Box must ship using USPS. There are no other options.
  • Armed provides a packing listfor all accessory dropship orders.
  • Armed will coordinate with shipping carriers regarding delayed or lost shipments. Please contact us with the shipment information to start the process.

ARMED’s DROPSHIP RESTRICTIONS

  • Armed reserves the right to restrict any item from the dropship program for any reason. Armed also reserves the right to restrict any customers from taking part in the dropship program for any reason.
  • We highly encourage all customers integrated with our API to utilize the can Dropshipfield available wherever item data is consumed to detect if an item can be drop shipped and route orders appropriately. API Catalog Documentation

  • Armed adheres to all manufacturer drop shipping rules. The following manufacturers do not allow either firearms and/or accessories to be sold through a drop shipping program.
  • Browning – firearms and accessories blocked
  • FN – firearms blocked
  • Franklin Armory – firearms and accessories containing binary triggers are blocked in these states:
    – California
    – Colorado
    – Connecticut
    – Washington DC
    – Delaware
    – Florida
    – Hawaii
    – Iowa
    – Illinois
    – Maryland
    – Massachusetts
    – Minnesota
    – New Jersey

  • The following manufacturers enforce specific state restrictions on their product catalog. Please consult with the manufacturer to obtain up-to-date guidelines. It is your responsibility to validate compliance before entering orders for these manufacturers.
